Hey! New friends Linda and Thomas reported that they both caught a Puppy drum yesterday at the Jetties here in Buxton. Both drum were just below keeper size. Our friends reported that they were caught on shrimp and double-hook bottom rigs and a 2 ounce sinker. They released them back into the water still kicking! Water was clear again.
Hatteras and ramp 55 had some dirty water and grass. Warmer weather to push in tomorrow.
Sea Mullets later in the afternoon on Friday were caught. Still more dogfish sharks were being caught everywhere.
