Another slow fishing day at the beach. Reports of Spanish being caught off Avon pier this morning and some pompano and sea mullet were caught on the beaches today. Some reports of sharks being caught by fishermen during the day. Water temps for Nags Head was reported in the mid 50’s and down on the south beach, warm in the 80’s. So if you want a nice swimming/playing in the ocean head down south to Hatteras.
