Well the weather was a lot better than expected for today. A few big drums were reported today at the area of the point, but the best news was that the big sharks did not show up like they did all week at the point. This afternoon, I am sorry to say that the BFB were spotted at the point area and as usual no fish were caught during the evening sunset period. Some sea mullet and bluefish were reported. Avon pier is having a drum tournament this weekend and the drums are biting.
