In spite of the wind, fish were caught today. Kevin Kelly caught nice pompano at ramp 48. Fred Lester (Bryan’s dad) caught a couple nice blues, Gavin Lester caught nice sea mullet and Michelle caught a nice sea mullet. Bryan Lester caught zero(0), zilch, nada, nothing. Blue fish were again caught more scattered today, and two nice 31″ & 29″ drum were reported at the motels and point. If the forecast is accurate for tomorrow THERE WILL BE FISH CAUGHT……
We got another shipment of beautiful finger mullet today. For those coming down for the Hatteras Island Surf Fishing tournament we will have a fresh supply on hand for the weekend along with all you other fishing needs. I have to retract a statement on yesterday’s fishing report regarding HUK clothing making Dan Willard and Bryan Lester look slim. The shipment of XXXXXL shirts did not come in so there was nothing to fit them.
