Today being in the right spot at the right time seemed to matter to catch fish. While a few anglers said they didn’t catch much at Ramp 44, others fishing off Ramp 44 came in with citation size sea mullet, a cooler full of sea mullet and pompano, and a 25 inch Spanish mackerel. Also, kayakers did well in the sound catching speckled trout.
