Fish were scattered all over today.  We had reports of bluefish and sharks at the point, Also reports of bluefish north of Avon.  There were small Spanish caught on the south beaches. Fishing Report Tuesday October 16th

Bluefish were the fish of the today although in smaller numbers from yesterday.  A school of big drum was reported with one unlucky angler earning a new reel after his was mangled by a 45+ inch monster.  Spanish mackerel were also caught this morning on metal along with pompano throughout the day.  Our bait guys…

Fishing Report Monday October 15th

Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish were the fish of the day.  Anglers report consistent catches of Spanish this morning when the metal throws were not being crowded out by bait fishermen, some spanish were in the 2-3 lb range.  Bluefish were caught on bait pretty much up and down the beach as long as you wanted…

Bluefish were reported up at ramp 32 today on the finger mullets.  Puppies and larger red drum were seen at the point at sunset this evening.  Sea mullets and pompano were reported at ramp 34.  Some flounder, black drums, and spots were reported mixed in with the other fish caught. Dan

The sea mullets was good out at ramp 43 and 44 on bloodworms today.  Bluefish were reported at ramp 32 today with the size  reported at 18 to 24 inches.  Some puppies and at least one 45 incher was caught at the point this afternoon.  Small pompano and spots were also reported today. Dan

One big drum and a few puppies this morning with some bluefish at the point. Sea mullet and small pompano were reported on the north side of the point.  This evening about 6 big drums were caught at the point with bluefish and puppies  and yearlings. Dan

Thursday Fishing report 10/11/18 PM

It was a little blustery today. Early this morning 4-6 pound Bluefish. Harry Parks caught and released 42 inch Drum south of the Point earlier today. Bryan caught and released a 49 inch drum this evening. Tomorrow the temps will finally feel like Fall. Have a Great Day Fishing. DEDE
