10/20/21 Wednesday.
The Point had Blues, Puppy Drum, Spanish and False Albacore. In the sound near Avon Speckled Trout. Sheepshead were caught in the Sound last night. Small Black Drum and Pompano at Ramp 55.
Sunday 10/17/21
About 6:30pm we heard about a blitz of Bluefish at the Inlet. From the North Beach a gentleman caught black drum, mullet and some small pompano.

Multiple reports of large Drum at the Point! We heard of a 35″ and two 38″ Drum being caught today. Larry B. from Albany, Ohio caught this 38″ on cut bait around 3pm.
10/09/21 Saturday evening.
Spanish are still being caught and there was quite the bluefish bite at the point today . The bait was running on to the beach with the big blues on there tail . It was a good day to be at the point. Mike..

There were some Spanish caught at the point this morning. Sharks at the point the rest of the day and into the evening. Ramp 27 had black drum, pompano and sea mullet. The sound near the inlet had puppy drum and specks. Have a great night……RDT

We wrote citations today for a 4lb 2 oz Pompano and for a 41″ Drum. The gentleman who caught the Drum caught it on his first cast with rod & reel he had just bought at the shop! Many limits of Blues caught today at the Point. there were also Puppy Drum and Spanish caught…

From the Point we’re still hearing about Spanish Mackerel and Puppy Drum. One gentleman came in saying he was catching Flounder at Ramp 55. Sea Mullet at Ramp 43.

Today here in BUXTON NC we had a fantastic day! The Spanish macks hit hard this morning and afternoon at the point. Weighed some nice two pound plus fish. Some blues at the point also today. Had reports this evening of slot and yearling drum at the point as well. Hope everyone has a great…
